The uniquely defined ratio between the weighted ends and the flexibility of the high quality German constructed FLEXI-BAR® ensures swinging at a constant frequency regardless of amplitude. Swinging the FLEXI-BAR® creates oscillations that cause vibrations that transmit through the body at a frequency of 4.6H – the optimal frequency for functional proprioceptive training of the reflexes, connective tissue and involuntary core muscles near the spine and in the abdomen. This results in entire body toning through the elevation of the metabolism of the entire muscle structure.

FLEXI-BAR® training utilises these vibrations to engage entire muscle chains – instead of isolated muscles - in the body in order to target in particular the body’s core or involuntary muscles which control posture and flexibility, destabilising them from within and causing near continuous contractions to maintain core stability. The effects of this proprioceptively demanding training are noticeable almost immediately.

Also affected are all the major muscle groups of the body including:

  • Shoulders
  • Biceps
  • Triceps
  • Abdominals
  • Lower body

The 270 contractions per minute are able to recruit up to 100% of muscle fibres – as opposed to 45% from non-functional training such as weight lifting- allowing for great reductions in training time and frequency with exponentially improved results.

With as little as 30-45 minutes FLEXI-BAR® exercise per week, you can often expect immediate changes in core strength and rapid improvements in weak or injured muscles.
